Val is a Montessori-qualified Early Childhood Teacher who holds VIT registration, along with a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education, a Graduate Diploma of Education (Montessori) (with distinction), and a Master of Education. She brings together deep pedagogical knowledge and hands-on leadership experience in early childhood education.

 

As the Approved Provider of Bilingual Montessori Early Learning, Val leads with a commitment to quality, inclusion, and authentic Montessori practice. She works closely with her team to create an environment where children thrive authentically.

Ying Ying is an AMI Montessori-qualified and VIT-registered Early Childhood and Primary School Teacher with a postgraduate degree in Early Childhood and Primary Education. With over two decades of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge, strong leadership, and a profound understanding of child development to her role.

 

At Bilingual Montessori Early Learning (BMEL), Ying Ying is dedicated to upholding the authentic Montessori philosophy while ensuring the service continues to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards (NQS).
