Valaree is the Approved Provider of Bilingual Montessori Early Learning, bringing together academic expertise, strategic leadership, and nearly two decades of experience in early childhood education.
She is a Montessori-qualified Early Childhood Teacher holding VIT registration, a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, a Graduate Diploma of Education (Montessori) with Distinction, and a Master of Education. Her qualifications are complemented by a strong record of leading high-quality, compliant, and values-driven early learning services.
As Approved Provider, Valaree holds overarching responsibility for the educational vision, governance, compliance, and quality assurance of the service. She provides clear strategic direction while maintaining a strong connection to pedagogical practice, ensuring educational decisions are evidence-based and aligned with authentic Montessori principles.
Valaree leads with a commitment to quality, integrity, and inclusion, working closely with her leadership team to ensure robust systems, well-supported educators, and thoughtfully prepared learning environments. Ying Ying is an AMI Montessori-qualified and VIT-registered Early Childhood and Primary School Teacher with a postgraduate degree in Early Childhood and Primary Education. With over two decades of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge, strong leadership, and a profound understanding of child development to her role.
At Bilingual Montessori Early Learning (BMEL), Ying Ying is dedicated to upholding the authentic Montessori philosophy while ensuring the service continues to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards (NQS). She works closely with educators to maintain a carefully prepared environment that promotes independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
