We are always seeking for suitably qualified teachers and dedicated individuals to be part of our team. We seek teachers who are:

  • Positive Team Player - Understand that you play an important role in setting a positive work environment at BMEL! x

  • Self motivated - Understand that being a teacher requires consistent motivation and drive to improve self. If you require constant reminders to meet deadlines, or to be motivated, unfortunately, this role isn't for you! It is important to us to have individuals who are independent and accountable for their work.

  • Dependable - A good track record of your work ethic ,commitment to completing tasks on time and having a "can do" attitude is an essential requirement of being part of BMEL. We move very quickly and evolve through our experiences, therefore, we seek individuals who can think outside the box and driven to succeed with us!

  • Committed team player - Motivated to learn about Montessori / early childhood education ,and not afraid to face new challenges with our team. We are looking for innovative individuals who are not afraid to question the "norm". "The most valuable resource that all teachers have is each other. Without collaboration, our growth is limited to our own perspectives" (Robert Meehan). In return, you will experience plenty of opportunities to attend professional development programs that are not limited to early childhood education , up skill, and take on exciting projects to gain experience with plenty of guidance from a passionate director!
